Lost & Found: Historic Boston in Postcards
Join us as we explore Boston’s history through the lens of vintage postcards. Kathy Alpert presents rare and compelling imagery of Boston’s historic buildings and neighborhoods as they appeared up to a century ago. Postcard photographers captured neighborhoods, buildings, hotels and restaurants, theaters, retail shops, ships and even a lighthouse that did not survive. Read this book to appreciate our fair city, while discovering hidden gems that defined early- to mid-20th century Boston.
